He lifted it up for everyone to see 💎🎸
And that reaction… I won’t forget it 🥰❤️

The shiny guitar is done ✨🎸
And it’s already on its way to the concert hall.
No more adjustments. No more “just one more stone.” It’s packed and gone.
For weeks it lived right here with me, on my dining table. I worked on it every single day. Designing. Re-designing. Worrying. Fixing. Almost overdoing it.
Tonight it will be on stage.
In just a few hours it won’t be my project anymore.
I’m nervous.. I’m excited! And I can’t wait to see it shine!

🎸This guitar goes on stage on February 19th. Only a few days left.
So this is the last 24 hours to request a color and become part of it.
All previous color requests have already been filmed, they’ll be posted as soon as I finish editing…
Honestly, I’m in full rush mode now! Because the gradient isn’t even halfway done…
Let’s see if I’ll sleep at all these days.

Five days before this guitar goes on stage.
And yes ❤️ it’s Valentine’s Day❤️

Even with deadlines and pressure, I added a small pink heart into the design. A quiet reminder that this project is about connection, not just rhinestones.

Now the risky part….
I wanted the edge to fade softly instead of stopping in a hard line.
But I pushed it too far.

Now I have to decide … fix it and risk ruining the balance, or trust it and keep going.

Does this gradient work… or did I overdo it?

You only need two simple ingredients to clean silver at home: aluminum foil and baking soda.

Proportion:
- about 1 tablespoon of baking soda (approximately 15 g)
- 1 liter of hot water. It doesn’t have to be boiling.

Silver turns black because it reacts with sulfur in the air and forms silver sulfide. This method reverses that reaction through a small electrochemical process. When silver touches aluminum foil in a baking soda solution, the aluminum reacts and the tarnish converts back into metallic silver.

Some people try to “boost” the reaction by adding table salt (sodium chloride, NaCl). Salt increases conductivity, yes... But salt contains chloride ions (Cl⁻) and over time they can slowly damage the surface of silver.

Tiny little black dots or small rough spots can start appearing on the surface at first. They are barely visible and later they become darker and harder to polish away. Solid silver can usually be restored. Silver-plated pieces are much more sensitive. When the top layer is affected, it cannot be brought back.

That’s why faster is not safer.

Also, don’t skip polishing. The reaction removes tarnish, but it leaves the surface microscopically uneven. That matte look isn’t dirt, it just needs burnishing. A soft cloth or even a wool-blend sock works perfectly for gentle polishing.

No salt. No rushing. Silver needs patience.

Instagram speed vs real life.✨
What looks like seconds online actually takes hours in real life.
This guitar goes on stage on February 19th.
Imagine how it will shine there 💎And how it shines today you’ll see at the end of the video.
Every rhinestone is placed one by one. No shortcuts. No speed-ups.
And behind all of it, I keep a live database of your color requests, updating it daily, so the colors are placed evenly and the design stays balanced.

I’m covering a guitar in rhinestones for a band. It goes on stage on February 19. Every colorful rhinestone may belong to someone!

Now I’m at the risky part… Making the edge fade instead of stopping too sharply. I’m trying something I’ve never done on a guitar before.
I finished one side and didn’t want the design to end all at once, so I left part of the edge glossy. The problem is that single rhinestones won’t hold on a glossy surface.
To prepare it gently, I’m using a nail drill.
Either it works and the gradient stays, or I’ll have to cover it completely..We’ll see.

Not today, But very soon! Afew more color requests, and we start adding color.
The base design is finally ready. I can’t stop myself from touching it all the time. Sooo satisfying…
The snowstorm slowed things down, but warehouse pickup saved me from waiting delivery forever. Now I finally have the stones in the right sizes.

Today I’m organizing the database and sorting your requests by color.
Tomorrow, once that’s done, I’ll start adding color to the design.

We’re closer than it looks! 💎✨🎵
