Soundproofing in progress 🎶
One panel at a time, the studio gets a little closer to being fully sound-ready. It’s been a long wait — but after a lot of trial and error, I’m finally making headway on a solution that works for this space.

Can’t wait to hear how things sound once it’s all in place 🎧 🎤

Such a wonderful afternoon hanging out with , , and at Sunstone Studio celebrating .ava.stone’s birthday!

Although the good weather abandoned us, we had a hyggelig time together.

It was so nice to share the space with more people again after the studio had basically been closed for a year.

Sorting out the terrace finally 😅

Today’s task from the (long) spring cleaning list was sorting out the terrace so it was half way decent for guests again.

The acer tree needed the deadwood trimming and then all the dried leaves had to been swept up 😅🤪🍁

I decided to make a feature out of it on the upper terrace with the chickens and hedgehogs which I think is so cute 🥰

This looks so much better now. Love it 😍

New Profile Picture For Sunstone Studio.

After pouring over 4 years worth of pictures in preparation to create a studio memories wall, I was on the look out for a better profile picture.

I couldn’t help but make the acer tree the star of the show 🤩🍁

Today was Zoom Deck day at Sunstone Studio. 🎄✨

As my family are in the UK, we like to do what we call “Zoom Deck”. This is where we connect via a Zoom meeting, put on some Christmas tunes, and deck out our homes at the same time.

It is always fun to get our sparkle on together. ✨✨✨

This is my effort this year. I had to get a new tree because Alice ate through the tree I had last year and the lights stopped working doh 🤦‍♀️🐇

I’m quite pleased with the results with the new tree though 😁

Last harvest of the season.

Not a lot went on in the garden this year, but we did get some success with the zucchini plants and tomatoes. Even had some nice sage come through too.

Since the weather is pretty cold and there was a partly sunny afternoon today, it was time to get the last of the goodies in.

Fresh flowers for the outside terrace chill out corner. 🌸🌺

Been tidying up the terrace today. Taking advantage of the dry weather.

Collected all my milk thistle seeds for the year so I took down all the thistles around the veggie patch as well.

My main garden is still very much wild, but the terrace is now tidy again. 😅😅😅🍃🍃🍃
