The Terri Green Project (TGP) is back! The former three time #1 US Billboard Dance artist decided in 2019 to go back to her soul roots and with the release of back to back singles, Night to Remember and the album, What a Feeling, the producer, vocalist, songwriter, Terri Green and Saxophonist, keyboardist, songwriter, arranger Toddi Reed hit the UK Soul Radio and global soul radio with a bang. After the release of several stellar singles, which include two number one UK Soul Chart entries as well as topping the US Independent Soul Charts at #1 with Never Gonna Let the band became a mainstay on classic soul radio, giving their original blend of then and now a boost to global music lovers everywhere. Toddi, a brilliant arranger, engineered the tunes to perfection, laying the bed for Terri to pen her signature “ear worm” lyrical choruses. Terri and Torsten produced two albums to date and continually search for a way to “level up” their material. Sneaking Out is exactly what summer radio was waiting for. Terri’s unique vocal caresses the tune, as Torsten’s slick keys and 70s infused string hits were complimented by the featured performance of the iconic horn formation, THE N.W.O. Horns’ Lenny Harris, Gilbert Pryor and Wondel Brown. Harris is known for his work with such great Jazz and Soul icons as the Phenix Horns, Louis Satterfield, legend Phil Collins, Wilton Felder and Gladys Knight. The slick guitar solo of Fountain Burnett, Hamburg based bass and guitarist to the stars in Germany, also cowrote the single. A guest remix from Traxsource #1 chart topping soulful house DJ/producer Peter Brown provides a slick rework that brings the bumping disco vibe to the dancefloor. This is the first part of the release, with more to come as we dive into summer.
