For those who haven't been following his story, this is the timeline ;

➡️June 23rd: FECAFOOT led by President Samuel Eto’o, publicly announced that national team coach Marc Brys had submitted his resignation.

➡️July 23rd : Marc Brys strongly denied the claim, stating he never wrote or submitted any resignation letter. He suggested that his email account may have been compromised and emphasized that he remained committed to his role. He also highlighted ongoing administrative issues with his contract and called for unity around the national team.

➡️July 24th: Samuel Eto'o addressed a letter to the min'ister.

Despite Marc Brys’ rebuttal, Samuel Eto’o firmly reiterated that FECAFOOT actually received a resignation letter from Marc Brys via mail (courrier service)
The federation maintained that, based on this letter, Brys is no longer the head coach.

➡️June 25th : In response to FECAFOOT’s claim and the public confusion, Mìnister of Sports Narcìsse Mouelle Kombì has issued an official statement clarifying the g0vernment's position:

- No valid resignation was received:

- The only legally recognized communications are Brys’s written denial dated July 23 and his televised interview, both confirming his intention to continue as coach.

- No contract termination: Since (MINSEP) and Brys are the only legal signatories of the contract and neither party terminated it, the contract remains valid and binding.

- FECAFOOT’s Limits: FECAFOOT, not being a signatory to Brys’s contract, cannot legally declare its termination or enforce a resignation.

- Any legitimate resignation or contract termination would have required formal notice; typically through legal counsel or a bailiff not an unverified mail.

💔🙏❣️"When my father dìed, it was like the roof fell on our family. I was barely 23, the eldest of three, and suddenly the one everyone looked up to.

🫢A married woman physically attãcked another woman at the Bonamoussadi market, believing she was having an affair with her husband.

What happened?

For months, the married woman's husband had been acting strange. He often stayed out late, sometimes didn’t come home, and took suspicìous phone calls at odd hours. Then he claimed he had taken a job in the East Region.

But something didn’t sit right with her.

A mechanic (her cousin), whom she had brought from the village called her several times saying he had seen her husband's car around Denver (not in the East as claimed). She told him to keep an eye out.

Then one day, he called again: “The car is parked at the roundabout”

She jumped on a motorcycle and rushed there. Before she arrived, her cousin updated her; a woman had driven the car and was heading into the market. He followed her. Moments later, the car was parked again, this time at the Bonamoussadi market.

The married woman didn't hesitate. She went there and patiently waited by the car.

When the woman returned, she launched an attack immediately.

"Look at this thing. Aren't you ashamed? - the married woman repeatedly stated, pushing the other woman, who stayed calm and composed.
This scene invited a crowd of bystanders with some jeering at the woman accused of husband snatching.

Even when the woman back into the car, she was consistently mocked. She finally abandoned that car and boarded a motorbike.

But here's the thing: her husband wasn’t even there.

After creating the scene, the "married woman" finally reached her husband only for him to say he had sold the car before leaving for his “mission.”

That’s when the truth hit. She had just assaulted a complete stranger in public over a false assumption. 😳

Feeling ashamed, she contacted the woman through Facebook Messenger and begged for forgiveness. She also sent a public apology to Nzui Manto, who had shared the viral video, asking for help to calm the situation.

But it was too late.

The woman she assaulted is D’avila Song; a successful entrepreneur, a "queen mother" in her village, and niece of Rigobert Song, the legendary former coach of the Indomitable Lions. Alexandre Song's cousin.

She filed a polìce complaint, and as of yesterday, the married woman is reportedly in
polìce custody.

Before you fight for your husband, make sure you know the full truth and definitely know who you're attackìng. The streets aren’t safe for blìnd accusatìons.

Some are pleading with D’avila to drop the charges.
