Lion’s Pride Music announces the indefinite suspension of ’s upcoming album, .
When we released the first two singles for this project, "Lost in Love" and "Done Loving You," we openly utilized AI generation for the accompanying music videos. We want to be clear: our label is not anti-technology. We recognize that AI can be a valuable asset in the modern industry, whether it's creating visual components or serving as a studio tool to improve efficiency, brainstorm ideas, or help a musician overcome a creative block.
However, upon receiving the third single, we discovered that the track itself was generated by Artificial Intelligence. There is a distinct, non-negotiable line between using AI to assist an artist and using AI to replace the artist entirely.
Music is the raw feeling of the human experience. It is the culmination of real effort, emotion, and the undeniable connection between the creator and the listener. When a machine generates an entire track from a prompt, it mimics the aesthetic of human struggle without sometimes ever having lived it. The unchecked use of full AI generation causes profound damage to our industry.
We are not here to deceive the fans who invest their time, emotion and money into what they believe is human expression.
Lions Pride Music was built to champion the sweat, talent, and authenticity of real musicians into the rock music scene. We cannot, in good conscience, release an album that relies so extensively on artificial generation.
Effective immediately, the current Night Fighter project is dropped. This release will remain on hold until artist delivers a completely traditional, authentic album; one in which all songs are written, performed, and produced entirely by real musicians.
We will always choose authentic art over artificial imitation, and we thank you for your continued support and understanding.
