Not every therapist has a couch — some come in a mug. Steam rising, silence holding, and warmth wrapping around your hands. Reflection doesn’t always happen in journals or under stars; sometimes it happens sip by sip, in a moment of pause. For me, coffee once was ritual — now it’s tea, matcha, or golden turmeric — but the medicine is the same.
