Connect 767 East Central experienced their first loss of the 2024 DFA Premier League season last night against PDVA Pointe Michel in a captivating post-international break match.

Randolph Peltier gave East Central an early lead in the 11th minute, but Perry Charles equalized just after the half-hour mark. The second half was packed with excitement as Reon Cuffy put East Central ahead in the 71st minute, only for Daneal Dupigny to quickly bring Pointe Michel level in the 78th.

In the intense final moments, Laquante Alphone secured the victory for PDVA Pointe Michel with a goal in the second minute of extra time! 🥅🔥

Audel Laville scored a brace to lead Dominica to a come from behind win over St. Vincent and the Grenadines on Thursday night.

SVG took the lead through Oryan Velox in the 49th minute. Dominica equalized through Chad Bertrand ten minutes later.

Audel later switched gears and scored in the 71st and 86th minute of the match.

The two teams will meet again on Sunday afternoon

Sagicor South East FC and Connect 767 East Central FC played to a 2-2 draw over the weekend leaving the two teams with 1 win and a draw after two games in the DFA Premier League 2024.

Aaron Prince and Javid George scored for Sagicor South East FC while Chris Lawrence scored an own goal and Reon Cuffy netted the other goal for East Central. Full-time 2-2.

The two teams are 2nd (East Central FC) and 3rd (South East FC) respectively with 4 points each.

The 2024 DFA Premier League has just kicked off, and after the first week of matches, let's take a look at the current standings on the points table.
A total of 23 goals lit up the opening weekend of the league, with CCCUL Dublanc FC impressively netting 11 of those goals.

Travist Joseph showcased his incredible skills on the field as he led CCCUL Dublanc FC to a resounding 11-0 victory against Belfast Estate Mahaut Soca Strikers in the DFA Premier League.

Joseph wasted no time in making an impact, securing a hat-trick within the first half, picking up from where he left off last season.

His exceptional performance left the Soca Strikers defense struggling to keep up before he was forced to leave the field due to a minor injury.

Not to be outdone, Audel Laville, another talented player, also made his mark by finding the back of the net twice for CCCUL Dublanc. His goals in the 19th and 84th minute added to the team's impressive tally.

The team's victory was further solidified by goals from other notable players such as Briel Thomas, Savio Anselm, Cobin Paul, and Myric Shillingford.
