HOMEMADE FRESH SEASONING FOR ANY MEAL 🌿
When I want to add a fresh touch and bring more flavor to my meals, this is one of the mixes I always prepare at home.
It’s colorful, simple, and it saves me a lot of time in the kitchen.
🧅 Ingredients
• Yellow bell pepper
• Green bell pepper
• Red bell pepper
• Purple onion
• Minced garlic
• Fresh cilantro or parsley
• Olive oil
• A little vinegar or lemon juice
• Salt and black pepper to taste
🥗 How to Prepare It
1. Chop all the peppers into small pieces.
2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic.
3. Mix in the chopped cilantro or parsley.
4. Add olive oil, a touch of vinegar or lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
5. Combine everything and store it in a clean jar.
🍽️ How I Use It
I keep it in the fridge and use it during the week to season:
• chicken
• rice
• salads
• soups
• or any quick meal
It gives everything a fresh, homemade flavor.
