This is how my grandma baked chicken… and I’ll never forget the taste.

Missing that warm, homemade flavor that takes you back to childhood?
Here’s a simple, delicious lemon garlic roasted chicken recipe that tastes just like grandma used to make.
Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside — and your whole kitchen will smell amazing.

All you need are simple ingredients and a little love.

Ingredients:
• 1 whole chicken
• 2 lemons, sliced
• 8 garlic cloves
• Fresh rosemary
• Olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation Steps:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Clean the chicken and pat it dry with paper towels.
3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, and the juice of half a lemon.
4. Rub the mixture all over the chicken — don’t forget under the skin for extra flavor.
5. Stuff the inside of the chicken with lemon slices, whole garlic cloves (unpeeled), and fresh rosemary.
6. Place the chicken in a baking dish and scatter more garlic, lemon, and rosemary around it.
7. Roast for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until golden and fully cooked.
8. Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving to lock in the juices.

Serving Tip:

Serve it with roasted potatoes, white rice, or a fresh green salad.
It’s perfect for a cozy Sunday dinner!
