since many of you had problems concerning scanning your ID, well for the ones having that problem you can apply in the new application form in which you'll only need to provide us the number of your ID card without scanning it. PS: the ones that have already applied don't need to apply again!

If you are not where you want to be in your life, change it. Sounds easier said than done, right? Not really.
