You see ehn, when Regina got married and everybody started tagging me, calling me, asking why I no talk, I just kept quiet. Not because I didn’t feel anything, but because I felt everything too much. We were close. We shared memories, laughter and dreams.

So, yes, seeing her wedding news hit me hard. I was on set, and my phone just dey buzz. I opened Instagram — saw her in traditional wear, smiling with a billionaire beside her. My heart paused. That thing shock me deep. I just dey look my phone like, “So this na how everything go end?”

But I made a choice. I no go disgrace her. I no go chase clout. I let her go with peace in my heart, because her happiness still matters to me. That pain I felt, I used it to build myself. I entered gym. I started to hustle more. I gave myself to my work. I chose peace. I chose growth. And now, when people say I’m mature, it’s not because I didn’t cry — it’s because I didn’t let pain break me.
