It is with great pleasure that I share this very special video of my spiritual Community in Colombia.

During my stay in the mountains I had the privilege of volunteering for a family in the mountains. In exchange for volunteering, they fed us 2 meals per day and allowed me to stay without paying for a room.

I participated in 3 Inipi (sweatlodge) ceremonies, visited with an Abuelita who travels and spreads her wisdom from her tribe. I met musicians and friends who later became my travel partners.

I am super grateful for the experiences and friends made here.

Today I will return to the Amazon Rainforest. I will arrive in Leticia, Colombia which borders both Brazil and Peru. For 5 to 7 days I will stay here preparing for the next few weeks. For the next few weeks I will travel by boat down the Amazon river from village to village. Live out of my backpack. Sleep in my hammock. Fish for food.
