Across Europe, we are moving to a shorter balancing period and towards a more real-time electricity market; the much talked 15-minute balancing period or quarterly balancing.

The 15-minute market will be introduced simultaneously across the EU. The introduction of quarterly pricing was delayed 14 May 2025 and will be introduced on the last day of September for trading on the first day of October.

Themo will only be able to introduce quarterly pricing for device control when periodic pricing is also published for 15-minute settlement periods. We will compile and publish detailed instructions on our Support website for the introduction of quarterly pricing well before the end of September.

Täna on meil hea meel teatada, et Themo on astunud suure sammu edasi! Esimesed 3000 Themo vannitoa põrandakütte termostaati läbisid Soome Fingridi sageduse hoidmise testi. Maakeeli - Themo termostaadid hoiavad tulevikus Soome elektrivõrgu sagedust ning nende kütete omanikud hakkavad selle eest igakuiselt tulu teenima. 😎

Esialgu saavad teenust kasutada küll veel ainult Soome ärikliendid, kuid anname endast parimat, et tulevikus oleks kõigil soovijatel võimalik elektrivõrku tasakaalustada.

Lisaks on investorid usaldanud meid ning Themo kaasas ka uue investeeringu 1,3 miljonit eurot. Seda selleks, et saaksime oma toodet ja teenust pidevalt paremaks muuta. 😊
