SkyAviator now has nearly 500 subscribers in YouTube and nearly 70,000 views on the Estonian Air 737-500 video. We will certainly publish more footage in the future but please help us out and let us know what you'd like to see the most. Is it maybe similar cockpit videos in HD quality on board different aircraft (what kinds?), footage from the airport filmed from areas you normally can't go, office side of airlines...?

We have now published the long awaited free online version of the Estonian Air Boeing 737-500 cockpit movie. It’s a nearly 2 hour video and thoroughly shows the procedures of the 737-500. Estonian Air no longer flies this fleet and it’s therefore a rather historic piece of footage :)

We’re glad to report that we have published one of the SkyFilm Productions’ latest products (before they closed their doors) up on our website for your watching pleasure! Our visitors have waited for this movie for a long time already and finally it’s here. I made the Sun Valley Airpark movie in 2006 when I went to visit the airpark in USA. I carried quite a lot of video equipment with me all the way to the West Coast from Estonia and I believe the results came quite alright – at least compared to my previous productions! :) The movie is 1 hour and 53 minutes long so take your time. It also features nice songs from known authors and I believe they add a lot to the movie. Yes, the usage was and still is licensed by the appropriate organizations!

I’m glad to say that SkyAviator is back! We had a hold up for almost a year after the first launch and occasionally our videos in Vimeo didn’t work. That was simply because I had a huge lack of time to deal with this site and I just kept it up as is while planning how to continue with it. We’re now up in the air again and the Sun Valley Airpark film will be published shortly. All the videos are available for watching again and we have put up the Piper Cherokee Cruiser and Piper Arrow YAK-52 movies to vimeo.com and YouTube for public watching and sharing. Enjoy!
