One of the most picturesque lavender fields in Poland 🇵🇱

Another thing to cross off my bucket list: visiting lavender fields and especially one of the most beautiful lavender plantations in Poland with its picturesque hilly landscapes.

Cool things about Ogród Pełen Lawendy:
📏 The garden covers an area of ​​2.5 hectares, while lavender grows on 0.7 hectares.
🪴 The lavender plants are planted in triangles with paths in the middle so that visitors can admire the plants and walk among them.
🌸 The garden is designed to bloom in every season.
🍦 Oh and on top of all that you can buy lavender ice cream and lemonade! 😋
🧘‍♀️ They occasionally have special events, such as yoga events, etc.
🚗 It is only 40 km from Kraków, which is about a 50-minute drive.

❗️ In 2026, they will be open from June 20th.
🕗 Opening hours every day 10:00-21:00
🎟️ Entrance fee: 12 PLN (~3€)

Nyhavn, Copenhagen in winter 🇩🇰

Visiting Nyhavn in Copenhagen had been on my bucket list for a long time, so seeing it in winter felt extra meaningful. 😻

Here’s what to expect:

▪️It’s still crowded, even off-season.
▪️Timing matters more than the month - early mornings work best for photos.
▪️The southern side is calmer and offers more space - it’s also where most people take photos.
▪️The northern side, on the other hand, has more people and restaurants.
▪️And yes, it gets very cold in winter - dress accordingly.
▪️ It’s also worth visiting after dark - the lights and reflections give Nyhavn a completely different feel. 🩵

Winter in Copenhagen won’t make the streets empty, but it does bring a unique atmosphere and rhythm. 😊
