Attention all artists that performed at Tallinn Music Week 2026! For the third year, Telliskivi Creative City and Selektor Studio in collaboration with TMW, are giving out an award to an Estonian or international artist, interested in creating new music in Telliskivi Creative City, Tallinn.

▫️The package includes recording, mixing and mastering of up to 4 tracks at Selektor Studios with producer and recording engineer Martin Laksberg.

☀️ The previous winners are the Lithuanian retro-futurist duo Superkoloritas in 2024 and singer-songwriter, producer and composer La Fazani from Kosovo in 2025.

Selektor Studio recently launched their mixtape series, recorded at the Estonian Funk Embassy office. We are able to offer a selection of music lovers and DJs the opportunity to record their mix during Tallinn Music Week.

This is a genre-free mixtape series that celebrates music curation and each artist’s unique musical perspective. All sessions take place at Selektor Studio in Telliskivi Creative City, Tallinn.

Suure rõõmuga teatame, et Telliskivi Loomelinnaku ja Selektor Studio poolt tänavuse Tallinn Music Weeki artistidele suunatud stuudioauhinna konkursi võitis Kosovo multitalent La Fazani.

“Olen väga õnnelik nii selle auhinna üle kui ka võimaluse eest tulla taas võluvasse Tallinna linna ja teha tööd Selektor Studios, mis näib olevat üks ütlemata ehe loomemaja,” rõõmustab värske võitja. “Tallinn Music Weekilt sain juba hulga unustamatuid mälestusi ning ootan põnevusega, et Balkani ja Balti kultuurisidemeid veelgi tugevdada. Eestit ja Kosovot seob rohkem, kui pelgalt nende mõõtmed—me mõlemad oleme väikesed, ent uhked rahvad tormilise ajaloo ning elujõulise, sitke kultuuriga. Ei jõua ära oodata, et oma muusikaga neid kultuurisildu edasi ehitada.”

Auhinnana ootab artisti ees 3-4 muusikapala salvestamine, miksimine ja masterdamine Selektor Studios koos produtsendi ja salvestusinseneri Martin Laksbergiga.

We are delighted to announce that multi-talented La Fazani from Kosovo has won the studio award competition for Tallinn Music Week 2025 performers by Telliskivi Creative City and Selektor Studio.

“I’m absolutely thrilled to receive this incredible award, to return to the delightful city of Tallinn, and to begin working in what seems to be an exquisitely authentic creative space at Selektor Studio,” says La Fazani. He adds: “Tallinn Music Week has already given me some unforgettable memories, and I’m excited to deepen the cultural connection between the Balkans and the Baltics. Estonia and Kosovo share more than just size — both are small, proud nations with turbulent histories and vibrant, resilient cultures. I’m truly looking forward to building more bridges through creating some fire music."
