Moving abroad means learning and adapting to so many new things — and food is top of the list! 😋
Potato salad wasn’t something I grew up with, but now? I’ve made it mine.
Think creamy, tangy, herby goodness with a touch of home 🌿🍴

Here’s my twist on the classic potato salad:
🥔 Boiled potatoes
🥒 Pickled cucumber
🥒 Cucumber
🌿 Dill
🥚 Boiled eggs
🌱 Green peas
🌸 Radish
🍋 Apple cider vinegar
🍶 Greek yoghurt
🍯 Mustard & mayo
🥑 (+Avocado & crispy air-fried chicken because… why not?).

PS - I like it cold, so it stays in the fridge for a while before consumption 🤤
