Vibe Code Atelier might be the coolest builder community all over... everywhere 💥

Check this out – 80+ vibe coders showed up last week at LIFT99co to come together for the 4th time and celebrate their wins with each other.

We kicked off this *fabulous* event by interviewing the CEO and Co-founder of bilt.me, Uku Joost Annus, in a fireside chat format.

Bilt is the first Estonian vibe coding tool that helps users build and publish their own mobile apps, so you can imagine how our conversation covered everything from the craziest apps that users have built with their tool to their company strategies for going up against giants in this industry.

After the fireside chat, 3 courageous vibe coders from our community – Mikk Orglaan, Ahmed Aleryani, and Mikk Õun – took the stage and walked us through the demos of projects they've been developing lately.

Have you noticed that there are all these new, cool, and scrappy hacker houses popping up all over Europe?

It feels like builders and founders are finding common ground, connecting with each other, and creating companies that can literally transform the future of tech.

Lithuanian version of this type of hacker house is called basedspace_
..and we had an opportunity to visit them a couple of months ago for the Cursor hackathon – amazing event, btw.

That's where we sat down with their co-founder, Ignas Gecevičius, to ask him all about the idea behind creating these types of communities to inspire the next generation of founders and entrepreneurs.

In this episode, we spoke about the founding story of Basedspace, future objectives, and the coolest ideas that are currently being executed there.

This time, we decided to try something new and kick off the event by interviewing the CEO and co-founder of Glassity, Jose Ernesto Suarez, about their usage of vibe coding and automations to scale their operations – unmissable stuff!

After that, 3 courageous vibe coders from our community took the stage and walked us through the demos of projects they've been developing lately.

60+ builders and vibe coders showed up at the event, and all of them seemed to have a pretty good time.

We're excited to welcome you to the 3rd edition of Vibe Code Atelier meetup series happening tomorrow (on Monday) at 17:30 in LIFT99co Telliskivi hub.

Here's how it's gonna do down:

We will kick off the event by interviewing the CEO and co-founder of Glassity, Jose Ernesto Suarez, about how they use vibe coding and automations to scale their operations with little resources.

After that, 3 courageous vibe coders, Felix Schmidt, Divyanshu Chaturvedi, and Francesco Genovese, will take the stage to show us the demos of projects they've been developing lately.

Techstars Startup Weekend Tallinn vol.2 was a massive, massive success!!

Just like last one, the whole event vibes were super magical. Check out the official data:

🔸 52 participants showed up on Friday
🔸 21 of them pitched their ideas
🔸 12 teams were formed out of those ideas
🔸 11 teams survived
🔸 37% of the participants were hardcore tech geeks, 63% came for the vibes (coding)
🔸 72% of that 63% collectively consumed 53,798 cans of Red Bull and then they became hardcore tech geeks
🔸 We heard terms “AI-powered” and “revolutionary” about 3,685,987 times within these 3 days
🔸 53,789,534 lines of code were written by AI (thanks to all the partners for free credits) and 12 by participants (thanks to our mentors for guidance)

One detail that stood out the most was the fact that the winner turned out to be a one-person non-technical team who vibe coded the whole solution within these 48 hours (super solid project, btw).

Does that mean that the one person startup concept is already here? I guess time will tell

But more importantly, this hackathon showed us all about the importance of like-minded builders coming together, asking feedback from each other, getting help (even if they work on different projects), and building solutions that are actually useful.
