مش قبعة زاهي ولا قبعة أمريكي… ده رأس ذهبي مخروطي الشكل من كنز تل بسطة بشرق الدلتا من زمن رمسيس الثاني قبل أكتر من 3200 سنة! القطعة النادرة دي معروضة النهارده في متحف المتروبوليتان للفنون في نيويورك، وكانت زمان جزء من وعاء فاخر داخل معبد باستيت.
Not Zahi Hawass’s hat, nor an American one… This is a golden conical headpiece from the treasure of Tell Basta in Egypt’s eastern Delta, dating back over 3,200 years to the reign of Ramses II. Today, this rare artifact is displayed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, and it was once part of a luxurious vessel in the Temple of Bastet.
