While both "Mashke" (מַשְׁקֶה) and "Shtiya" (שְׁתִיָּה) refer to a liquid that is intended for drinking, such as water, juice, milk, or any other type of beverage, "Shtiya" (שְׁתִיָּה) also refers to the act of drinking itself. ]

וְכֹל כְּלֵי מַשְׁקֵה הַמֶּלֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹה, זָהָב, - מלכים א'- פרק י' פסוק כ"א
