In solidarity with the Palestinian people and in response to the Palestine-based ASHTAR Theatre’s global call in conjunction with the recent atrocities currently taking place in Gaza; "The Gaza Monologues" will be presented at Cinema Radio on Friday, December 8th at 8PM.
In an effort to pay tribute to the children and people of Gaza and honor the thousands of lives lost, we dedicate this day to sharing the resilience of the Palestinian people in the face of the atrocities they are currently experiencing.
“The Gaza Monologues” will feature live readings on stage by artists Sayed Ragab, Salwa Mohamed Ali, Nanda Mohammad, Yosra El Lozy, Mohamed Hatem, Rakeen Saad and Ahmed Malek with the musical accompaniment by Mohamed Sami. All proceeds from this event will be sent through Mersal Foundation to aid the people of Gaza. This event is organized by Orient Productions for Film & Theatre.
