🎯 Job Summary:
We’re looking for a highly organized and motivated Production Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our radio programming. This role is perfect for someone passionate about media production, who thrives behind the scenes and enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and ex*****on of live broadcasts and pre-recorded segments.
• Conduct research for show topics, guests, music, and current events.
• Maintain show rundowns, scripts, and production schedules.
• Liaise with guests—schedule appearances, coordinate prep, and provide logistical support pre-broadcast.
• Archive shows and other content for future use.
•Support multiple teams related to radio programming like (Digital, Marketing, Sales).
📌 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Prior experience in radio, or audio production is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as needed
