📢 We Are Hiring | Junior Network Support Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Network Support Engineer to join our growing team.

🌍 Role Overview:The candidate will be responsible for managing global CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) dispatching tasks, coordinating with onsite Field Engineers worldwide, and ensuring smooth task ex*****on and reporting for our clients.

🔹 Main Responsibilities:• Manage and coordinate global CPE/network dispatching activities• Follow up with onsite Field Engineers performing tasks in different countries• Generate task reports and provide regular updates to clients• Maintain and update the engineers database globally• Search and identify new Field Engineers worldwide through online research and networking platforms• Ensure timely communication and professional coordination with clients and engineers

✅ Requirements:• Fresh graduate• Excellent English speaking and writing skills• Networking background or basic networking knowledge• CCNA course/certification is preferred• Strong communication and organizational skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

The Technical Support Engineer is primarily responsible for providing the first level of technical support for products and services. This position will work with customers to assist with troubleshooting and problem resolution.

Job Description:

1-Maintain Day to Day tasks.

2-Analyze customer’s problems and issues (1st and 2nd line troubleshooting support).

3-Take appropriate action to resolve problems in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.

4-Track customer reported problems following ticketing procedures.

5-Analyse customer’s problems and issues (1st line and 2nd line troubleshooting support)

6-Escalate critical or high priority issues immediately to the next Tier of support.

7-Coordinate the testing and turn up of service with all involved providers; Initial configuration for Cisco Equipment (router and switches)

8-Field engineers remote handling for VSAT (Training applicable) and CPE remotes.

Job Requirements:

1-Egypt Nationals only

2-BA/BS degree in Communication Engineering / computer science or equivalent industry experience of 1+ years

3-CCNA / Networking fundamentals

4-Strong IT and TCP/IP troubleshooting knowledge

5-Good knowledge of Satellite communication and VSAT is preferable.

6-Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English

7-Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

8-Ability to proactively anticipate customer needs and make recommendations to meet those needs.
