"إحنا السبب، وإحنا الحل"
كل يوم بنروح البحر، ننبهر بجماله…
نتمشى على الشط، نتصور، وننزل صور "فيلتر بحر" على إنستغرام.
بس في الحقيقة… البحر شايل همّ أكبر من أي فلاتر.
عارف البلاستيك اللي بنشتري بيه العصير؟
الكيس اللي بنلف فيه ساندويتشات المصيف؟
الزجاجة اللي بنشرب منها ونرميها تحت رجلينا؟
كل ده مش بيختفي.
📌 البلاستيك بياخد مئات السنين عشان يتحلل
📌 وكل قطعة بنرميها، بتفضل تطفو، تدور، وتدمر
🐢 سلحفاة تاكل كيس بلاستيك فـ تموت ببطء
🐬 دلافين تتخنق من شبكة مهملة
🐟 أسماك تموت، أو تبتلع البلاستيك… وإحنا ناكلها بعدين
والمؤلم؟ إن ده مش بيحصل بعيد… ده بيحصل هنا، في بحرنا.
مين السبب؟
إحنا… مش المصانع بس، مش الحكومات بس.
إحنا لما رمينا من غير ما نفكر
لما قلنا "هي قطعة واحدة مش هتأثر"
لما مشينا وسبنا ورا ضهرنا زبالتنا وكملنا اليوم عادي.
بس الخير؟ إن الحل كمان معانا
✨ نعيد استخدام الحاجات بدل ما نرميها
✨ نرمي في المكان الصح
✨ نشارك في حملات تنظيف الشواطئ
✨ نوعّي أصحابنا وأولادنا
لأن البحر مش بتاعنا لوحدنا…
فيه حياة، وكائنات، وروح
ولو فضلنا نأذيه، هنخسر كل حاجة.

هننضف، نوعّي، ونرجّع للبحر نفسه الحقيقي.

Every day, we go to the beach,
take photos, enjoy the breeze, post our "beach filter" moments online...
But the sea?
It’s drowning in something we left behind.
That plastic cup we sipped juice from...
The sandwich bag from our day at the beach...
The bottle we dropped and walked away from...
It doesn’t just disappear.
📌 Plastic takes hundreds of years to break down
📌 Every piece we throw away floats, drifts, and damages
🐢 A sea turtle might eat a plastic bag and slowly die
🐬 A dolphin might get strangled in an old net
🐟 Fish eat plastic… and then we eat the fish
And what hurts the most?
This isn't happening "somewhere far" — it's happening here, in our sea.
So who’s to blame?
Not just factories. Not just governments.
It’s us.
Every time we said:
“Just one piece won’t matter…”
Every time we walked away from our trash like it’s someone else’s job.
But here's the good news:
