Improvements

Creative thinker with the ability to adapt content tone for different clients or industries.
Deep understanding of all major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), YouTube.
Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Proven experience creating engaging Reels, Stories, and TikToks.
Strong organizational and time management abilities — can meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Photography and videography experience is a major plus (including basic editing).
Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, etc.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored to each social platform.
Write, edit, and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Film and edit high-quality Reels, Stories, and short-form videos regularly.
Actively engage with followers: reply to DMs, comments, and community posts.
Monitor social trends and competitor activity; suggest new formats and ideas.
Track KPIs and prepare monthly performance reports.
Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams on integrated campaigns.
Support other digital/media tasks as needed (ads, influencer outreach, etc.).
