When you want to help people, put yourself in their place, so you can understand what their daily life is like, so you can come up with an appropriate way to help them. The same thing goes for a leader. A leader must have empathy to understand his/her people by putting themselves in the place of his/her. Leaders with empathy interact with his/her including eating, drinking and visiting every corner of his country to have good understanding of what public policies need to be enacted as a response to correct the problem. Here, Rihanna as leader who puts herself in the place of people she wants to help, will have better idea of what these people really need.
