We are hiring a Senior Graphic Designer and a Graphic Designer
The Senior Graphic Designer with the following requirements:
Create visual concepts either by sketching or software for all aspects of advertising
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field with a strong portfolio in Branding specifically and all types of advertising broadly
Professionally using design software and technology (such as Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator, Premier… etc.)
Ad creation (design, videography, photography)
Strong knowledge of content either digital, social, or video
Time, Team & Task Management skills
Comfortable with teamwork and joining the harmony
Research skills
Can take ownership with a vision to direct the team towards success
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and problem-solving abilities
Responsibilities:
Staying up-to-date with all the new creative ideas, ads, news & trends maintaining perfect practices
Visualizing the creative brief into concepts and ideas to start working with a mood board (guide branding for campaigns)
Directing and managing the team successfully to get the work done while working with them (on all services the company offers)
Bringing design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals
Putting concepts and generating ideas from scratch to final ex*****on (brand campaigns, social content creation, ATL campaigns, BTL campaigns, branding… etc.)
Reviewing the designer’s work to guarantee its excellence
Presenting ideas & developing designs either hard or soft copy
The Graphic Designer with the following requirements:
Create visually appealing & well-structured designs
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field with a strong portfolio in Branding & social media designing
Modifying designs for different types of projects
Create designs that include drawings, design details, specifications, convenient typo, and design calculations
Expert in using design software and technology (such as Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator … etc.)
Comfortable with teamwork and joining the harmony
Thinks out of the box (IMPORTANT)
Creative with a vision in creating content
Responsibilities:
Staying up-to-date with all the new creative ideas, ads, news & trends maintaining perfect practices
Proficiency in design software (such as Photoshop, In Design, Illustrator … etc.)
Visualizing and following the given creative brief for a successful ex*****on
Typography: understanding of fonts & how to use them effectively
Photoshop editing: ability to edit & manipulate images
