Chanel is set to return to the New York runway for the first time in seven years, bringing its iconic "Métiers d’Art" collection to the city on December 2nd, 2025.

This will mark the first "Métiers d’Art" presentation under the creative direction of Matthieu Blazy, with the exact location of the show to be announced soon. The event highlights Chanel’s historic ties with the U.S., dating back to founder Coco Chanel and her early visits to America in the 1930s.

Egyptian actor Ahmed El Fishawy is set to star in the upcoming crime thriller "Saffah Al-Tagamoa", taking on the role of Karim Selim, the notorious figure whose story captured national media attention.

El Fishawy revealed the news through his social media accounts, sharing the film’s poster and writing: "Wait for Karim in 'Saffah Al-Tagamoa,' a new film written and directed by Mohamed Salah Al-Azab and produced by Ahmed El Sobky."

The She Arts Festival has announced its 5th edition, set to take place from October 2–5, 2025, under the patronage of Egypt’s Ministry of Culture. As the first festival in the Arab world dedicated to empowering women in the arts, She Arts continues to spotlight female creativity across music, cinema, theater, dance, and visual arts. This year’s program will span Cairo, Alexandria, and the New Administrative Capital, with the opening ceremony held at the City of Arts in the new capital and the rest of the events at the American University in Cairo – Tahrir Campus.

After a year-long restoration, the Tomb of the Towers in Athribis, Sohag, has officially reopened to the public. Dating back 1,800 years to the Roman era, this historic site is renowned for its rare zodiac ceiling, featuring intricate astronomical motifs.

Located in Nagaa El-Sheikh Hamad, west of Sohag, the tomb belonged to two brothers—Ip Pamani and Pa Mehyt, sons of Hor Nefer and Tashret Hor Segem.

The restoration, led by the Supreme Council of Antiquities, focused on preserving both the antechamber and the burial chamber while adhering to international conservation standards. This project is part of Egypt’s ongoing cultural revival strategy, aiming to highlight Upper Egypt’s archaeological treasures and expand its tourism appeal.

Dina El Sherbiny is back with two major acting projects, reaffirming her position as one of Egypt’s leading stars in both television and cinema.
