Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in content creation (or a portfolio that speaks for itself!)
- Strong skills in copywriting for different formats (Posts, Reels, TikToks, short-form content)
- A plus: experience in media buying (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads – the more, the better!)
- Knows how to manage campaigns from A to ROI
- Understands audience targeting, pixel tracking, and performance metrics
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills
- Comfortable being both behind and in front of the camera
- Up-to-date with trends, memes, and what's popping on social media
- Basic knowledge of design/video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
- A team player with good vibes and a passion for content
