I hope it helps. It is an activity based on CBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. For the moments you have worries. Just don't do it before sleeping. Schedule a time of the day, your "Resolution Problems Time", a specific moment of the day, to do it. For 30 minutes maybe, not more than this. For instance, I do it every day at 14h00. My brain already knows it, so worries don't annoy me at night, when I go to bed. It is a habit. If by chance worries come in the wrong time, I tell them "Thank you for coming to help me, but sorry, see you tomorrow at 14h00 in our appointment".
