øjeRum is Danish musician and visual artist Paw Grabowski, known for his meditative compositions and analog collage works. His music – released on labels such as 12k, Room40 , LINE, IIKII and Opal Tapes– unfolds through fragile melodies and a deep sensitivity to stillness, memory, and decay. Working across sound and image, Grabowski aims to create a cohesive, introspective world where time seems suspended and meaning slowly dissolves. His hand-cut visual collages accompany his music, forming quiet dialogues between the audible and the unseen.

Drømme I Langsomt Stof (“Dreams in Slow Matter”) is based on recordings of ice on a frozen lake. Through slow unfolding textures, øjeRum creates a quiet, dreamlike world – a meditation on impermanence, stillness and suspended glacial movements.

Finally, here we go. It is with great pleasure that I announce the September release of the next album on Glacial Movements:

The guy's got a lot going for him I'd say...and so does Alex Gámez, who did the mastering in Störung Studios. It will be released in digipack in a limited edition of 200 copies. The beautiful artwork was created by the artist himself, while Rutger Zuydervelt did the sleeve design as usual. More info soon.

Francisco López is internationally recognized as one of the main figures of the experimental music and audio art scenes. For over forty years he has developed an astonishing sonic universe, absolutely personal and iconoclastic, based on a profound listening of the world. He has realized hundreds of concerts, projects with field recordings, workshops and sound installations in over eighty countries of the six continents. His extensive catalogue of sound pieces has been released by nearly 500 recording labels / publishers all over the world. Among other prizes, López has been awarded five times with honorary mentions at the competition of Ars Electronica and is the recipient of a Qwartz Award for best sound anthology.

In this master class: “Sonic Creation: Social Experimental Audio, Environmental Sound Matter, and Immersive Listening” he will discuss how his sound creative practice has been shaped over the past 40+ years by two main environments of influence that divert from common music training: the independent home-music worldwide network (starting in the late 70s) and the influence of ‘real world’ sonic environments, particularly from nature. I will present these realms in a much wider social and historical context, recognizing and discussing the immense influence they have had on a gigantic community of sonic creators worldwide for several decades now.

Conor Dalton has 15 years of audio mastering experience with his company Glowcast Audio Mastering, working on music from , , , , , and many more, as well as lecturer at and and musician in the band “Island People” ( ). One of the most well-known mastering engineers in the world.

In this workshop he will demonstrate his mastering techniques, while mastering a song live, and explain his methods and tools each step of the way, with plenty of time for questions & answers too.
