🪐 En colaboración con Medialab Matadero, para esta nueva edición de proponemos un programa de actividades para reflexionar en torno a la relación entre espacios virtuales y creación sonora experimental.

El viernes 23 de septiembre, Thomas Aussenac y Arthur Vincent del proyecto Sound Object impartirán un taller de diseño de sonido para realidades extendidas y, el sábado 24, algunos de los artistas que participan en el festival nos contarán en una serie de presentaciones cómo son sus procesos de creación audiovisual en entornos virtuales e inmersivos [w/ / depart , & Robert Lippok, & Meuko Meuko]

🏎 ⚡️Baby, drive my Cupra! Soundtrack for a VR experience…

Car manufacturer unveiled their brand direction for the next decade in the form of the electric at “Cupra Impulse” event hosted at Sitges F1 circuit.
For this occasion, they contracted our long time collaborator Blit Studio to create a mesmerizing experience.
Alternating realistic graphics with -fi environments, this trip was experienced by more than 600 attendees.

Such an experience requires special attention given to audio in order to be truly immersive, this is why they contacted us.

💥 Sound Object is in the Metaverse yet again!

Our close partner .io reached out to us to produce the sound design and music for “Dreams” – the official showcase of their brand new technology .se

“Dreams” is an 1-hour long multi-user VR experience where users can walk around in a 200m2 open space located at - the Digital Arts Center of Barcelona. It aims to be a demo of a VR experience for high traffic venues such as museums, cultural institutions, events or showrooms.

Our challenge was to create a dreamy and homogeneous sonic experience so that the user gets both swept away by this imaginary world and at the same time anchored in the reality of the proposed adventures. We used a mix between soft synthesized sounds and organic recordings to create an environment that is truly immersive yet familiar but above all feels like a journey into an other universe.
