Parisian artist with diverse influences, Studerkel draws inspiration from metal, dark disco or EBM to craft intense, atmospheric journeys. His sets explore worlds where melancholy meets cinematic aesthetics, weaving heavy rhythms, hypnotic basslines and evocative textures. Always balancing raw energy with emotional depth, he creates a soundscape that invites both body and mind to wander.
He is also a founding member of the Meteors Recordings label and part of the Punk Issues collective, where his artistic vision extends beyond the DJ booth into a broader creative movement.

This mix is a journey through the night, a descent into the raw energy of punk that mutates into EBM, electro and post punk. Each track follows a path where chaos meets rhythm: distorted voices, mechanical grooves, flashes of rage and moments of pure melancholy.
Driven by instinct, not polish, the sound is rough, physical, sometimes violent, but always human. From the first scream to the last synth line, it’s a story of transformation: losing control, finding beauty, and ending up somewhere unexpected.

Rolando Porro, based in Zurich, Switzerland, began his journey in the 90s, spinning vinyls at local venues. His sound is deeply rooted in the New Wave, EBM, and Industrial music of the 80s, alongside the vibrant Techno of the 90s.
Today, he's known for his dynamic sets filled with modern Cold Wave, Dark Electro, and Dark Disco tracks. Rolando draws inspiration from festivals and concerts all over Europe, all while being an active part of Zurich's thriving Black Scene.

He was always drawn to the electronic influences within goth music and to the traditional song structures found in electronic music. In his sets, he blends both elements—often ones that seem incompatible at first—but it’s precisely in those transitions where the most exciting combinations emerge. As the night unfolds on the dance floor, dark, deep emotions and energy-driven beats become the perfect companions—this is the essence he strives to capture in his mixes.

And of course, constantly discovering fresh tracks from talented artists and avoiding the trap of relying on the same old songs keeps both dancing and mixing thrilling.
