😀 SMILE AT STRANGERS AND ENJOY YOUR LIFE! 😀
🎧 On the latest episode of the podcast, we’re joined by my friend, armchair philosopher and boxing coach James Collings from to discuss his journey and the wise words of his Auntie that we can all take inspiration from. 🎧
🤩 People are so receptive to people just being nice. But maybe just don’t expect it! Sometimes we’re all so worried about being embarrassed or scared of the person not being nice back, that we just don’t! It doesn’t matter if they respond! Do it anyway! Pay it forward! 🤩

🤷 NOBODY CARES ABOUT YOU! 🤷
🎧 On the latest episode of the podcast, we’re joined by my friend and boxing coach James Collings from to discuss his journey and the importance of having fun and not caring what people think!
We spend so much time worrying about what other people will think when, realistically, no one cares! We are not even a side character in anyone else’s life. Everyone’s life is about them!
🤩 When we worry about what others think, we hold ourselves back, close ourselves off, and don’t express ourselves as we want to. No one will ever judge you more than you judge yourself! Just be brave and do it! Stop holding yourself back! 🤩

🤩BRAND NEW EPISODE LIVE! 🤩
On this episode of the podcast, we are joined by self-portrait artist and my mate
As a teenager, Claire was diagnosed with M.E and later with bipolar disorder. Claire joins us to talk about her new body of work, ‘Do I make you feel uncomfortable?’ Where she’s exploring her own mental illness through self-portraiture.
The project is, in her words, honest, brutal, surprising and maybe a little bit ugly, but it’s also very real. And to me, it’s incredibly brave.
It’s a project Claire hopes will open more conversations about mental health and hopefully help others who may be going through something similar.
