The town hall, through the environmental sustainability department, has announced the lifting of all restrictions on the use of water that were still in place in the city due to the drought. Among other things, they have indicated that beach showers will be in operation starting June 15th.
The beach department, has activated all beach showers starting June 15th, coinciding with the start of the high season. And it is also remembering that the footbaths have been in operation since Holy week.
Now the beach season is in full swing, and beaches are equipped with services such as showers, restrooms, and lifeguards. Many of them boast the prestigious "Bandera Azul" certification for water quality and amenities. In addition, accessibility measures have been implemented for people with reduced mobility, with assisted bathing services available during the summer.
