Finally, some good news!
We have successfully re-established connectivity with one of our major Internet providers. As a result, Internet service is now being delivered to most of our customers.

We are actively monitoring all systems and have already detected some anomalies. Our technical team is working to address these issues as quickly as possible to ensure stable and reliable service.

29/04/2025 02:00 Service Update

Power has now been restored to 90% of our distribution points, which is a significant step toward full recovery. However, the situation remains challenging.

Despite having multiple independent connections to several major nationwide Internet providers, all of them are still experiencing serious outages and are unable to provide Internet connectivity at this time. Additionally, our own dedicated backup link to Madrid, which is designed for redundancy, has also been down all day—most likely due to disruptions affecting the high-voltage power infrastructure along its route.

We are actively monitoring all our connection points and are ready to immediately restore full Internet service as soon as any of our links come back online. Once available, service will be restored to all our customers without any restrictions.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this exceptional situation. Further updates will follow as we have them.

Critical Update for Our Customers

We are facing an unprecedented situation: a massive electricity outage is affecting the whole of Spain and parts of southern France. This is impacting our main distribution centers, causing widespread Internet connectivity issues.

Please be aware that even mobile networks are likely to degrade, as the infrastructure is not designed to withstand power failures on this scale.

Your safety is our greatest concern. Please check on those who may need special assistance. For official updates and news, please follow trusted sources such as RTVE and other major media outlets.

Our fiber connection on Quesada Area is damaged, this goes for all providers, there os no timeframe for when service will be restored again.

Due to a cablecut on Fiber in Villamartin area, is some clients without internet, this will take some time as they have to splice over 600 cables which was dug over.

Sorry for any inconvenience it may cause, expect up to 4 hours before service is fully restored
