Few days in Cadiz, Spain. Visited their amazing fish market in the centre, WOW! Picked up some whole salmonetes and cañailla for lunch. Pretty basic utensils etc in the apartment but lunch turned out pretty good! Few vinos and cervecas helped onviously hahaha!

Amazing lunch today at in Alicante. Overlooking the beach, its well hidden away from the main road but when you know...you know!
Juicy, fresh scallops from the grill and a mix of lobster, octopus and tuna hung from a skewer was off the chart! They serve up probably the best chilled Mahou beer around, super smooth and creamy.
Also, service is always amazing, very casual but totally on the ball.
Cheers guys! Definitely see you soon!! 🔥🍺🔥

My friends over at have put out an amazing show this week focussing on mental health primarily within the metal community.

Some very powerful and insightful conversations with Padre & The Voice, and some great thoughts on why the metal community tends to have a more accepting attitude to people going through issues.

Please head over to wherever you cast your pods from and give this episode a listen. Everyone goes through difficulties with their mental health at some stage in life, its the great leveller.

Amazingnight at in Playa San Juan last night. Incredible tapas/montaditos, great local wine, lively vibe but most importantly....outstanding service! The waitress looking after us was so friendly, cheerful and attentive. The place was super busy but everything went perfectly. Thanks guys, you were the best.

Well that turned out damn fine! Crispy Mongolian beef with stir fried vegetables in garlic and sesame oil. Sticky, rich and spicy....bangin.
