Wow!!! Been a bit of a scorcher this week. Between 2.00pm to 5.30pm is peak heat time and thats when it probably best to keep out if the suns rays.

Coincidentally, The Real 70's with Paul and Nik show is on between 3.00pm-6.00pm today.
