After that, you can go to the traditional neighborhood called Cimadevilla, which is the old neighborhood of fishermen. If you keed walking you will arrive to the Street Cabrales and to have lunch in amazing places like “Casa Yoli” or “la Cabaña”. After that, don´t forget to go to the Church of Saint Peter where you will find the old romans terms.

In Oviedo you will feel the symbiosis of the prerromanic style and the lifestyle of the XIX century. We can start our visit in the square of the Constitution with the Cathedral Saint Salvador (gothic styale) and which construction took three centuries. In the same square, we can take a photo with the statue of the most famous character “La Regenta” from the book of Leopoldo Alas “Clarín”. Then, if you keep walking in the street Cimadevilla you will arrive to the city hall, which was started to build in 1622 and designed by Juan de Naveda. In fact, in front of the city hall you can see the church of Saint Isidoro. Later, you will find the treasure of Oviedo: the square of the Fontán.

Onthe other hand, if you like the potos with statues you must walk in the Field of Saint Francisco and taking a photo with Mafalda. And if you walk in the Street Milicias Nacionales you can take a photo with Woody Allen¡.
But if you want to keep enjoying the city you can start in the Street Uría and to find the Theatre Campoamor, which was finished in 1892. But during the spanish civil war it was destroyed and only the main facade survived. You shoul visit the General Court of the Principado of Asturias that was finished in 1910.
But never forget to try the local food. For that you should go to the street Gascona and taste the Cachopo (two slides of meat with cheese and jam), or the fabada and the sidra (typical wine of Asturias).

Santander is the capital of the autonomous community Cantabria. Santander is pretty calm and majestic. If you only have one day to visit it, you could start the day in the Avenue Reina Victoria following the direction of the Palace of the Magdalena. If you follow the promenade you will see three caravels given to the city by Vital Alsar Ramírez after a trip to America and at the end you will see the Palace, wich finished on 1911 with an eclectic style. It was the summer residence of the royal family from 1913 to 1930.
After that, you can enjoy the sightseeing of the Mouro island and its lighthouse, the cliff “Ribamontán al Mar” and the beach “El sardinero” with its sculture of the boys “raqueros” (that name was used to call the poor children who jumped into the water to get the coins that the wealthy people threw to the sea).
If you keep walking you will arrive to the district called Market of the East, which is the perfect place to enjoy the gastronomy After that, you should walk in the square of the Porticada, see the city hall and the gothic cathedral of the Assumption of the century XIV.
Don´t you come?
