This is how our Korean meatballs started vs how they ended up 😂. It’s one of our oldest recipes and we’ve been enjoying it for years. Over time we kept tweaking and improving, and now it’s the version we’re proud to reshare with you.

This wasn’t meant to be a content day, just dinner.
I made crispy breaded fish in the air fryer, kind of like a fish schnitzel or fish milanesa.
I was feeling something was missing… until I remembered our poke sauce.
We usually make it with mayo, but I swapped in low-fat Greek yogurt, and it was so good.
Creamy, spicy, savory, it turned plain fish into something we actually looked forward to.
Here’s how I made the sauce:

* 1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
* 1 tbsp less-sodium soy sauce
* 1 tbsp Thai sweet chili sauce (I ran out of sriracha)
* 1 tbsp honey

Just mix it up and spoon it over anything: fish, rice bowls, veggies, whatever needs a little help.

This honey sriracha chicken is EVERYTHING we want in a quick dinner. It’s bold flavor, that perfect sticky glaze, and minimal effort.
It’s sweet, spicy, garlicky, and comes together in one pan.
Serve it over rice with lime wedges on the side, and it just works.
One of those meals that feels like a little win at the end of a long day.

They’re moist, rich, and you’d never guess there’s zucchini inside. No eggs needed, just simple pantry swaps that actually make you feel good about dessert.
