Etro’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection, Halo, follows the light of a summer day from dawn to dusk. Prints appear sun-faded, paisleys dissolve into almost weightless traces and fluid dresses move alongside sharper tailoring. Bohemia remains at the heart of the house, only lighter, softer and more instinctive.

It may have walked in Milan, but Halo feels entirely at home in Ibiza: sun-bleached, free-moving and made for long days that turn into nights.

Art has long shaped the language of fashion.

From Monet, Picasso and Klimt to Rahul Mishra and Marine Serre, artistic references are translated through fabric, print and embroidery. Collaborations such as Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama have brought this exchange into a new era.

Today, Carolina Herrera Spring/Summer 2027 draws on Andy Warhol while Homme Plissé Issey Miyake reimagines Henri Matisse’s The Snail through colour, pleats and movement.

Beyond imitation, these works reveal fashion as another medium through which art can evolve.

Ibiza is perhaps most revealing when the season begins to turn. Summer’s intensity softens, the light changes and another side of the island comes quietly into view.

At Olas Gallery, that transition unfolds through three exhibitions. Marcel Boer traces the island’s disappearing light in Las Huellas del Sol, before Arnoud L∆L∆ turns repetition into meditation with the intricate thread works of Untangled Emotions.

Then comes Winter Waves: a collective portrait of Ibiza’s creative community, brought together for the island’s quietest months.
