🥺💔 After 101 years, closes its doors... Last Friday, the legendary restaurant in La Marina closed the curtains for good, bringing an end to a century of history, Ibizan flavors, and moments etched in the collective memory of Ibiza.
👨🍳✨ Founded over a century ago, Can Costa was not just a restaurant: it was a home, a refuge, a place where three generations cooked, served, laughed, and grew up. Jose in the kitchen, Juan in the dining room, and the whole team—Tere, Ana, Joan, Jordi, Ana, and Paula—put their hearts into bringing this family project to life.
🕯️ Here, the dishes tasted of tradition, love, and simplicity. Every corner told a story, every plate took you on a journey through the authentic cuisine of Ibiza. Today, the island loses one of its most precious gastronomic emblems.
🙏 After 101 years, the family has finally decided to retire. A well-deserved retirement, carried by the pride of having made Can Costa much more than a restaurant: a piece of Ibiza’s soul.
