Cada año pienso que burning man no se puede superar y cada año se supera. Que todo esté muy mal y se ponga peor y consigas darle la vuelta superarte a ti mismo y disfrutarlo es maravilloso.. es esa experiencia de salir del confort para sentir que estás preparado para todo.
Yo por mi parte he sido fiel a la cultura burner y me lo he gozado. Las responsabilidades del camp han sido cubiertas y la experiencia ha sido preciosa.
El team que hemos formado Lorena pieter y yo ha funcionado a la perfección. Y el antes, durante y después.. ha sido mágico. Vitorino, Nano, Anita y david han sido geniales.. haré un especial de gambang team porque dio juego..
He aprendido que cada uno vive las experiencias a su manera, y está en nuestra destreza saber comprenderlo y empatizar, porque lo absoluto, siempre es relativo.
Burning man se sigue superando y Black Rock city sigue siendo casa.
Every year I think Burning Man can’t possibly get any better, and every year it does.
There’s something wonderful about everything going wrong, then getting even worse, and somehow finding a way to turn it around, push yourself beyond what you thought you could handle, and still enjoy every second of it. That’s what stepping out of your comfort zone is all about: realizing that you’re ready for anything.
For my part, I stayed true to Burner culture and had an incredible time. Our camp responsibilities were taken care of, and the whole experience was beautiful.
The team that Lorena, Pieter and I formed worked perfectly. And everything — before, during and after — was magic.
I’ve learned that everyone experiences things in their own way, and part of the journey is learning how to understand that and empathize with each other. Because what feels absolute is, in the end, always relative.
Burning Man keeps outdoing itself, and Black Rock City still feels like home.
