Finnish producer drS returns to Voodoo & Prayers with a new two-track release that dives into the deep and psychedelic side of house and techno.
With over 20 years in the underground and ties to the SWÄG and Aamu collectives in Tampere, drS is known for music that sits somewhere between ritual and movement — always hypnotic, always groovy.
🌀 Fields Forever is the opener: tribal, melodic, and wide in scope. It feels like a memory or a dream of a place you’ve danced before — real or imagined.
🌊 Kuwaq Yaku (Quechua for “sacred water”) goes deeper, rolling with organic percussion and dense low-end. It’s a track that feels grounded in ceremony, like a call to dance under open skies.
“These tracks are about paradises,” drS explains. “They can be places of peace and nature, or wild outdoor parties. Some are real, some imagined.”
This is music made with intention. Built for DJs, dancers, and heads who like it deep, trippy, and textured.
