1. Feliz de conseguir cosas que no imaginaba (a punto de cumplir 36 😱)
2. Mi postre de fin de año para el restaurante (falta decorar y emplatar).
3. Enseñando a montar el tiramisú a mi compi de cocina
4. Interior del postre de fin de año (mousse de turrón, crujiente de almendras y miel, bizcocho de chocolate)
5. Red Velvet que me encargaron para una prueba
6. Mi desayuno favorito 🥰
7. El brownie casi perfecto de 3 chocolates 💪

Ha sido un año difícil, pero he podido hacer cosas que no pensaba que conseguiría nunca como crear platos para el restaurante o hacer la mejor Red Velvet que he hecho en mi vida 🥹
