In the center of these gardens is the statue of the "biznaguero" which represents a traditional Malaga profession of selling those awesome flowers called "biznagas"! 💜💚

"Muelle Uno" 😍

It is home to a Megha Yacht Marina, also an open-air shopping center with some retail shops such as Lacoste, Hugo Boss, Primor and more! 🚢

Also there are restaurants such as Burger King, KFC, "100 Montaditos" and much more!🍷😋

It has an underground parking area with 1,050 spaces! 🚙🚦

"Monumento Márquez de Larios" 😍

An urban sculptural group dedicated to "Manuel Domingo Larios y Larios". And a recognition for the city's textile development and the development of the sugar industry. A must-see to learn about Malaga's history! 📜

The 2nd "Márquez de Larios" was a politician, engineer and businessman. In 1887 he financially supported the opening of "Calle Marqués de Larios", linking the historic center with the "Puerto de Málaga". It stands in a prominent location, presiding over the beginning of "Calle Larios"! 🛍️

Atarazanas Central Market! 😍

Nowadays it is known as the most important food market in Malaga. Originally from the Nasrid period, only the arch of the main façade remains, declared an important monument of great historical and artistic influence! 📜

A must-see place when being in the city. The magnetism of this awesome place is impressive when you walk around its surroundings. From Monday to Saturday, you will come across the hustle and bustle of commercial activity in which you will discover an impressive selection of the best local, regional or foreign products! 🍖🍇

"La Catedral" 😍

The Holy Cathedral Basilica of the Incarnation is an awesome temple considered one of the most valuable Renaissance gems in Andalusia! ⛪

Its construction process ended incompletely and the second tower was not built. Normally the local people affectionately call it "La Manquita"! 🥰

The whole route at the castle is totally amazing and definitely is a must visit when being in the city.

"Estatua de Picasso" 😍

At the "Plaza de la Merced" and under the andalusian light, "Pablo Picasso" seems still immersed in his creation. He is seated on a marble bench and holds notebook open and pencil ready! 💜💚

A bronze statue depicts an artist caught in the flow of thought, absorbed by that infinite quest that was his. And right behind him is his birthplace! 🌿🏡

"Calle Molina Lario" 😍

It is one of the main streets of the historic center, which runs from "Plaza del Siglo" to "Plaza de la Marina" in a route parallel to "Calle Larios"! 🛍️

An awesome, stately and historic street, at the end of it you can see the cathedral tower. It is a charming spot with restaurants, bars, pubs, shops, and much more. There are antique shops around and it is a street with many tourists! ❤️

"La Catedral" 😍

Inside, the architecture is striking, and sometimes photos don't do justice to the colors that come through the stained-glass windows, the imposing height of the windows, and the structures themselves. A place with a very beautiful and happy energy! 🤩

Today 23nd "La Feria de Málaga 2025" is coming to the end! 🥲

So, let's get together and enjoy ourselves on this last day and bring together music, culture, "Cartojal" and tradition! 🤣

Most of the day time activities are concentrated in "Calle Larios", flamenco performances, the local "pandas de verdiales", and more! 🤠

And at nightfall, the celebration moves to the "Real de Cortijo de Torres"! 🥳

"El Cenachero" 😍

It was a fish seller who carried fresh fish from the bay of Malaga in his "cenachos" (baskets made of "esparto" grass and h**p!). And hawked it through the streets of the city. A profession that has now disappeared and nowadays is only a popular symbol of the city! 🐟

A bronze statue depicting "El Cenachero" (a fisherman!) dressed in his traditional sash, hanging "cenachos", a fisherman's hat and baggy pants! 🤠

This is a typical image on refrigerator magnets, postcards, and much more. It is also a tourist attraction and a very important ethnographic figure in the city.

"Alameda Principal" 😍

One of the main avenues in the city center, which until the inauguration of "Calle Larios" was the center of Malaga's social life. It separates the historic center to the north from the "Ensanche Heredia" to the south.

Among its most traditional and historic shops are flower stalls. Other popular ones are those selling roasted chestnuts, baked potatoes, and newsstands! 💐🌰🗞️🌹
