BILLIAM is a bullet train that's flying straight off the tracks, straight into a loop de loop that's both on fire 🔥 and underwater 🌊.
He’s been putting out a slew of LPs, 7-inches and cassettes 📼🎶 since 2020 that mash equal parts 80s New Wave 🕺, lo-fidelity power pop 🎸 and head-splitting punk 🤯 into a bloodstain on the wall shaped like Bugs Bunny 🐰💥.

This chaos is only matched by his live show 🎤💣, where he’s backed by the Split Bills, blasting through a 16-song set in just under 23 minutes ⏱️.

His latest Billiamwave 45 is entitled Sylvie S Goes To Hawaii 🌴✈️.
About as close to prog rock 🧙‍♂️🎶 as BILLIAM may ever get, it’s a long suite retelling the story of a bad vacation in the vaguest terms 🤷‍♂️—as if trying to recall your family holiday from 1998 after getting hit with a coconut 🥥🤕.

To back this exactly five-minute song, five one-minute songs are present on the B-side 🔁.
Complete uncontrolled chaos 💥💫 as each idea is split on top of each other in a pile of 190 BPM harmony 🧩⚡ with tales of boring friends 😐 and even more boring conversations 😴.

Este mes de junio tenemos una alegría enorme: MARIPILI, banda toledana con una mezcla explosiva de talento y sarcasmo cotidiano, lanza su primer EP en formato 7" a través de Jarama 45 RPM Recs. 💥

Formados por gente que ha pasado por grupos como Klaus & Kinski, Hollywood Sinners, Autócratas, Laplank o Quicklime, MARIPILI suenan a lo que nos gusta: directo, sin florituras y con letras que hablan de lo que nos pasa cuando los 40 se acercan (o ya están encima) 😬, pero también de lo que pasa todos los días. 🧾🌀

Cuatro canciones que se te pegan como un chicle en la suela 👟🍬, con melodías redondas, espíritu punk 💣 y cero moralinas. Pop inmediato, con emoción, ironía y verdades como puños 💔💡.

Estoy haciendo amigos. Tengo muchas canciones y voy a tocarlas a donde sea cuando me llaman. También las pongo en internet y en unos círculos planos que giran como mi platillo. New EP coming this fall!!! 🏁🏁🏁🏁
HAKAN kicked off in 2014 in Bergamo, a town way up in the North of Italy, formed by guitarist Andrea Carminati, bassist Andrea Facheris, and drummer Marco Facheris. These guys share the spotlight, taking turns with singing and songwriting. They've dropped four albums (with a fifth on the way) and a 7". They've rocked stages all over Europe, the USA, Canada, and Turkey. Their sound is a killer mix of punk, power pop, garage rock, melodic hooks, and hilariously clever lyrics.
Their tracks are short, sweet, and blisteringly fast (rarely hitting the two-minute mark), with double vocals, catchy choruses, raw guitars, and loads of shout-outs.
Hakan is back with Discos Jarama, dropping a 6-track EP packed with infectious tunes that perfectly straddle pop and punk.
