I kept seeing these little green peppers on menus all over Madrid, so I finally gave in and tried them 🇪🇸💚

Blistered in olive oil with just salt on top. Nothing fancy—just one of those dishes that makes you slow down and enjoy the moment.

Simple, unassuming, and somehow one of the most memorable bites of the trip.

Easily one of my favorite bites there.

Riding through Lisbon in a tuk tuk feels exactly like letting the city choose the adventure for you. 🐼✨
My driver, , turned a random corner and surprised me with this giant panda mural by Bordalo II — made completely from recycled materials.
Only in Lisbon can you be wandering cobblestone streets one minute… and find a giant piece of art staring back at you the next.
This city has a way of winking at you when you least expect it. 💛🇵🇹

Art that matched me. Such a fun and pleasant surprise. We all inspire one another in this world.

I strolled through the grand halls like Panda royalty 🐼✨
The Royal Palace isn’t just stunning — it’s the largest functioning palace in Europe, with over 3,000 rooms filled with art, chandeliers, and history.

If you visit, don’t miss the nearby Sabatini Gardens for sunset — peaceful, free, and offering one of the best palace views in Madrid. 👑🌅

Panda Girl in Jeju 🐼✨
Took a quiet walk through Jeju’s lush green hills and stumbled upon a sea of violet blooms. There’s something magical about the island—the way the mountains meet the sky, the flowers spill over in color, and the air feels soft and alive. A little panda wandering among petals, just soaking it all in. 🌸🌿

Experiencing the Chicago River on St. Patrick’s Day is truly a once-in-a-lifetime moment! Watching the river turn its iconic shade of vibrant green while surrounded by the city’s energy and festive spirit is something everyone should do at least once. The atmosphere, the traditions, and the incredible views make it unforgettable!
