Hay algo mágico en el aire cuando se acerca el otoño en Hanói. Aunque el tifón Yagi dejó algo de escombros por la ciudad, ya estamos en plena recuperación, y la esencia del otoño no ha cambiado. Todavía se siente esa suave brisa que trae el aroma de las flores de leche, y los árboles empiezan a soltar sus hojas doradas.
❤️Crecí en el norte y esta siempre ha sido mi estación favorita. Las mañanas son frescas y suaves, mientras que las tardes están bañadas por una luz dorada que hace que la ciudad brille. Es el momento perfecto para pasear por las calles con un café de huevo calentito en la mano o sentarse junto al Lago del Oeste viendo cómo el sol juega en el agua.

There’s a certain magic in the air when autumn approaches in Hanoi. Even after Typhoon Yagi swept through, leaving some debris in its wake, the city is already on its way to recovery. And while the streets may still bear signs of the storm, the spirit of autumn is undisturbed. The soft breeze still carries the scent of milk flowers, and the trees are beginning to shed their golden leaves.
❤️Growing up in the North, this season has always been my favorite. The mornings are crisp and gentle, while the afternoons are filled with that warm, golden light that makes the city glow. It’s the perfect time to wander the streets of the Old Quarter, with a cup of hot egg coffee in hand, or sit by West Lake, watching the sunlight dance on the water.

(Eng below)🥮𝐋𝐚 𝐅𝐢𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚 𝐝𝐞𝐥 𝐌𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐨 𝐎𝐭𝐨𝐧̃𝐨 siempre ha sido un momento especial en mi vida. Recuerdo cuando era pequeño y las calles se llenaban de farolillos brillantes, el aroma de los 🥮pastelitos🥮de luna impregnaba el aire, y los niños corríamos con nuestras linternas bajo la luz de la luna llena.
🫸Pero este año es diferente.
Después del tifón Yagi, muchos lugares están recuperándose del desastre💪💪💪.
💃Los desfiles y las luces que tanto añoramos no podrán llenar las calles como solían hacerlo.
❤️Sin embargo, aunque las celebraciones serán más íntimas, el verdadero significado del festival sigue vivo: la familia, la unión y el deseo de prosperidad. Este año, mucha 👨‍👩‍👧familias encienden farolillos en casa, comparten pastelitos de luna y miran la luna llena, aunque el cielo esté nublado. 🫸But this year feels different.
After Typhoon Yagi, the streets seem quiet, and are still recovering from the destruction💪💪💪.
