Subject: Public Warning and Request for Verification of Fraudulent Pages Misusing Masonic and Illuminati Symbols
Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Worshipful Brother Paschal Isaiah, Past Master of Lodge EM67, write to express serious concern regarding the misuse of Masonic and Illuminati symbols, names, and lodge identities by fraudulent individuals and online groups operating across social media platforms.
Recently, numerous pages and accounts have appeared using Masonic imagery to deceive the public — soliciting money, private information, and even promising wealth or power in exchange for so-called “membership.” These actions are deceptive, unethical, and harmful to the integrity of recognized Masonic institutions.
In particular, an entity calling itself “Queen Bertha Lodge” has surfaced online, claiming association with Freemasonry or the Illuminati. After due verification, I affirm that “Queen Bertha Lodge” is not recognized, chartered, nor affiliated with any legitimate Grand Lodge or Masonic jurisdiction worldwide. It bears no connection whatsoever with authentic Freemasonry or its principles.
Request for Platform Action
On behalf of concerned Freemasons, I respectfully urge Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) to:
Implement proper verification and background checks before approving or promoting any page, group, video, or advertisement that claims Masonic or Illuminati affiliation.
Remove or flag fraudulent accounts that misuse Masonic names, symbols, or lodge titles.
Protect the public from deception and safeguard the reputation of long-standing fraternal institutions.
Clarification for the Public
True Freemasonry is a centuries-old, honorable fraternity built on Brotherly Love, Relief, and Truth.
Genuine lodges do not recruit or solicit through social media, messaging apps, or emails. They also never request initiation fees or offer wealth and power online.
We urge all social media companies to act responsibly and prevent the spread of misinformation that undermines both the fraternity and the safety of the public.
