منظمة الوحدة الريفية تراسل رئيسة جامعة كرة القدم النرويجية و تدعوها إلى المقاطعة بسبب الأوضاع الحقوقية المزرية في المغرب و الريف بالخصوص.
النرويج سيخوض مبارة ودية ضد المغرب الأحد القادم و نتمنى له الحظ في هزمه و تلقينه درساً في كروة القدم، كما نتمنى أن يلقن النرويجيين ل"لمغاربة" درساً مهما في مجال حقوق الإنسان .

Dear Ms/Mrs Klaveness,
We are writing to express our concern regarding the friendly match scheduled for next Sunday between the Norwegian national football team and Morocco.
Over the years, many international human rights organizations have raised concerns about human rights issues in Morocco. These concerns include restrictions on freedom of expression and freedom of the press, the treatment of political activists, as well as the rights of minorities, particularly the people of the Rif region (North of Morocco), where players like Elyounoussi and Abdellaoue and others in your land come from, and other matters related to fundamental civil rights.
Sport has the power to unite people and promote values such as respect, fairness, and equality. For this reason, national sports federations have a responsibility to uphold these values both on and off the field. Holding a friendly match against a country that has faced repeated criticism regarding human rights may be perceived by many as overlooking or minimizing these concerns.
We therefore respectfully urge the Norwegian Football Federation to reconsider its participation in the planned friendly match against Morocco and to consider a boycott as a clear statement in support of human rights. Such a decision would demonstrate that football cannot be entirely separated from broader ethical and social responsibilities.
At the same time, we encourage the Federation to communicate openly about its approach to human rights issues in international football and to clarify the principles that guide the selection of opponents for friendly matches.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope that the Norwegian Football Federation will use its influence and leadership to promote respect for human rights and the values that sport is meant to represent.
